Product Warranty
Amadio&C® – Product Warranty Statement
Amadio&C® warrants solely to the original purchaser that this product is free from defects in materials and/or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.
To exercise the rights provided under this warranty, the purchaser must notify Amadio&C® S.p.A. in writing—including a detailed description of the issue and, if possible, supporting photographic evidence—within the warranty period and in accordance with the terms of the purchase agreement. The claim must be accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., invoice or delivery document) and must follow the manufacturer’s instructions regarding product return (always at the buyer’s expense), storage, or defect evaluation.
Amadio&C® S.p.A. will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective product or component at no cost to the purchaser for parts or labor, provided the claim is made within the warranty period. The company reserves the exclusive right to determine whether a product is deemed “defective” within the limits of this warranty.
This warranty does not cover damages resulting from:
- Abuse, misuse, improper or unauthorized use;
- Modification or alteration of the product;
- Accidents or neglect;
- Damage caused by other products;
- Repairs or service carried out by unauthorized personnel.
Replaced components are covered only for the remainder of the original warranty period. The warranty duration will not be extended. Amadio & C.® S.p.A. does not warrant the installation, maintenance, or repair of its products by third parties.
Amadio & C.® S.p.A. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages or losses arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the product, including but not limited to losses due to malfunction, error, omission, defect, delay, interruption, or negligence. Even if advised of the possibility of such damages, the company’s liability remains limited. Some jurisdictions may not allow the exclusion or limitation of such damages, so these limitations may not apply in all cases.
