Amadio & C® presents RapiDeck®, a breakthrough in the field of horizontal formwork and shoring systems. It stands out as an outstanding solution for in-situ concrete and precast slabs such as Bausta and Predalles.
The RapiDeck® system is engineered for quick installation and maximum safety during both assembly and dismantling. With a design that reduces the number of components required, RapiDeck® simplifies slab configurations and facilitates the removal of pillars and load-bearing walls.
RapiDeck® is the result of a design that prioritizes safety above all.
RapiDeck® was developed with a clear priority: operator safety. The lightweight aluminium frame ensures ease of handling, while the LIFE+ multilayer panels with PP plastic coating provide superior resistance to water and abrasion.
Two head options are available:
- A fixed head for symmetrical, high-quality architectural finishes.
- A drop-head, which enables early stripping, shortening dismantling and re-shoring times, and reducing the total number of panels required—optimizing your investment.
Key Features
RapiDeck® is designed with your safety in mind. The system allows for complete assembly from below, significantly reducing the risk of falls from height. Dismantling is equally ergonomic and takes place entirely from below, eliminating the need for scaffolding and avoiding the strain of working with raised arms.
Thanks to the limited number of components and the use of drop-heads, RapiDeck® ensures a fast and efficient assembly process. On average, a team of four operators can install up to 350 m² per day (including offsets), or up to 500 m² when working without offsets.

Technical specifications
With RapiDeck®, it is possible to build slabs up to 40 cm thick with props positioned every 2.25 m². For thicker slabs—up to 80 cm—adding a central prop to each panel ensures maximum stability and structural strength.
